We used 2MO for a gut interior renovation that included design-build services for kitchen renovation, bath renovation, extensive interior design, custom millwork in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Our team lead was Mohsen Moghaddam with day to day project lead Busra Turgut. The entire team was excellent! Mohsen is a particularly strong problem solver who comes up with creative design solutions. Busra was resourceful and organized and kept all of the trains moving on time. The quality was exceptionally high throughout the multi month project. The team worked diligently and professionally throughout. We recently requested 2MO Studio as design-build firm to give us a construction estimate for an entire house remodeling project we have and they were great at getting back to us with a breakdown construction estimate. They are very detailed in understanding the project and providing information to their clients. They have been very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We recently hired 2MO Studio as our design-build firm for a house addition. This project included an addition, a bathroom remodel, a living room remodel, and the construction of a roof and balcony. 2MO studio provided architectural services to file the job with the department of building and also successfully legalized our existing deck.
