Featured Reviews for New Home Construction Companies in New York

Clawson Architects, LLC
New Home Construction Companies in New York
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsSeptember 27, 2026
“We worked with the Clawson Team twice, first in 2014 to renovate our first floor, and then again eight years later to build out our third-floor attic space. Both experiences were excellent. What we appreciated most was their ability to see possibilities where we saw constraints. In both projects, they came up with thoughtful, creative solutions that completely transformed the spaces, and years later we are still very happy with the results. We often joke about how lucky we are to live in a real “Clawson.” Their work has had a lasting impact on how much we enjoy our home.”
EBA - Eric Baker Architects

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 12, 2026
“As a contractor, we have worked with Eric Baker Architects on multiple projects and have consistently had an excellent experience. Eric does truly beautiful work across a wide range of architectural styles, and his attention to detail is exceptional. He is highly attentive throughout the entire project—from initial design through construction—demonstrating genuine care not only for the design intent but also for how the project is executed in the field. His responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and collaborative approach make the process seamless and enjoyable. We very much enjoy working with him and highly recommend Eric Baker Architects.”
A to Z Renovations
New Home Construction Companies in New York
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsAugust 18, 2025
“2 bed 2 bath full gut renovation $350K+ including labor and supplies. Overall, I am happy with the home I received. A lot can go wrong in construction (things can break, design doesn't work due to feasibility, wrong materials delivered) but A to Z did everything they could to make sure it turned out right. Their prices are fair, they have a ton of infrastructure support (2 showrooms, trucks driving around NYC ready to drop off supplies, design services, point of contacts with major retailers, etc.), and they are willing to listen to any concerns along the way. I recommend A to Z to anyone looking to renovate their apartment or home.”
