I have had the pleasure of seeing many of their projects from the design phase to the finished product and I am always very impressed with the work they do. I hit the jackpot when booking Steve at Bay City Custom Homes, he was really wonderful to work with. He explained every single detail from start to finish during our 6 month home renovation, which by the way was scheduled right on time. His attention to detail was outstanding and I really appreciated that he *always* picked up the phone whenever I had a question. I am very very pleased with Steve and his crew. The project was 1st floor renovation, all the way from removing kitchen, flooring, walls, ceilings for new light, etc. Install an entire new kitchen including wiring and plumbing, install new light fixtures throughout. The work started on time and finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Stev and his crew were courteous, professional, had very good suggestions, and worked everyday until the project was finished. The house was swept everyday and all the garbage was removed from the house everyday. To top all he sent a janitorial crew to clean my hone. I highly recommend this company!!!
