Artistic Abode Designs was founded in 2016 by Jennifer Lossing. We are a full service Interior Design Studio based in Mesa, Arizona. Our design studio has over a decade of design experience in both Residential and Commercial Applications. We have formal education in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. We are also proud Allied Members of The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) since 2008. We work side by side with our contractors, vendors, and sales reps to help create a pleasant and tailored design process from Conception to Installation. Our attention to detail, time management and professional creative insight within the Interior Design field make us the perfect fit for your remodel or new build needs. We had such a wonderful experience working with Jen, owner of Artistic Abode Designs and Amanda on our kitchen and two bathroom remodel. From the very beginning, they created a warm and welcoming environment, really taking the time to understand our needs, style, and vision for the space. The entire process felt thoughtful and collaborative, and their attention to detail truly shows in the final result. Our home now feels beautifully updated, brighter, and more functional than we ever imagined. They also did an incredible job incorporating accessibility features seamlessly into the design, making everything easier to use without sacrificing style. The transformation is stunning—our kitchen is now a bright, inviting space where we love to gather, and both bathrooms feel like fresh, modern retreats. We’re so grateful for Jen and Amanda’s expertise, creativity, and genuine care throughout the project. Jen and her team were an absolute pleasure throughout our entire remodel process. We hired them to design a complete remodel of our primary bedroom and bath. I was inspired by a spa I had visited and sent a picture to Jen for her take. She came back with a Modern Moroccan vibe that looked timeless and inviting. She spearheaded every aspect of the project for us. She worked closely with the contractor and all of the subs to implement her beautiful vision. She made my choices simple - not too many but enough variety for me to feel the look reflected my tastes as well. On top of this, we were in another state for the entire duration of the project. There were very few (if any) hiccups and both she and the contractor kept me up to date of the progress. It was finished on time and we couldn't love it more. I would highly recommend Jen and her team without reservation. She's amazing!

Our house is beautiful thanks to Jen. This is the second time we’ve used Artistic Abode Designs to remodel our home. After selling the first home and moving into our current house, we knew that with Jen’s creativity, artistic ability and inspiration, we could do everything we wanted and have it turn out amazing. From picking colors palettes to artistic flair such as copper sheeting and custom murals on the ceiling to rock/tile walls in the bathroom, we have finishing touches that we would never thought of ourselves. Jen partners with professional, talented and quality contractors, artists and other people for whatever needs to be done. We love our house and we get many comments from people who visit about how beautiful and unique it looks! We can’t thank Jen enough for everything she did for us!!

Jen Lossing of Artistic Abode Designs is the Interior Designer you dream of. She takes all your ideas into consideration, creates a color palate you absolutely love that makes you feel great, and then puts together a stunning, professionally styled, pulled-together look you could have never accomplished on your own. Jen was open to all my brilliant ideas for saving money on the remodel and on furniture purchases—and she kept all the subcontractors (electricians, painters, tile guys, etc.) moving through in orderly progression so I didn't have to manage any of that myself. (They want to please her, so when she says "show up" they actually show up.) We absolutely love our results in main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and our lovely comfortable screen porch. Every area of the house coordinates beautifully with every other area and "makes perfect sense." This gives me joy every time I walk in the door. Jen's fees were extremely reasonable ("Much cheaper than a marriage counselor!" I like to say) and she was so personable and so much fun to have in the house that I’m really going to miss her! Highly, highly recommended.

“When we purchased a 20-year-old home with ‘90’s architecture and style, we knew right away that we would need to renovate. The interior spaces were dark and dreary, and had columns that weren’t functional. We recognized that the house had potential. Yet our excitement for remodeling quickly turned into worry as we wondered how and where to begin. Our realtor referred us to Artistic Abode Designs. Jen met with us for a consultation within a week of closing on our home. She helped us shape our vision for the remodel and identify our style. She was enthusiastic about our goals, while using her expertise to guide us. Jen's renderings were artistic, detailed, and professional. We loved her creativity and innovative ideas for finding quality materials and designing rooms within our price range. She put us at ease in every step of the process. We loved how she coordinated with all the subcontractors and kept the project on track. We can’t say enough about how much we love our new home!
