Tom Hummer and his team renovated our "crime scene" of a bathroom and it could not have been a better experience. When Tom visited and gave us a proposal, I was impressed when he said that he had the whole process "down to a science." We wanted everything done with no drama. That is exactly what happened. Tom updated us when each phase of the work had finished and a new phase was started. The team completed the work exactly when promised. We are eternally grateful for the flawless work and professionalism of Tom and his team.

BRMD was impressive from the initial contact. Their prompt communication, detailed explanations, personal meetings, and transparent pricing led us to pick them for our old hall bath. Our project was begun and completed on schedule. Once work started, Tom and Greg were easily accessible for any questions during the 4 day remodel. 5-stars for sure.

We were nervous and got 8 quotes since this was the first time we did a remodel and doing all 3 of our bathrooms. BRMD responded to our inquiry within 2 hours, came out to meet and design the details, got us the proposal in 2 days. It took 5-10 days for others to come out and give pricing, which was a red flag on those. We took more time interviewing other companies and getting prices, that our Bathrooms would have been completed by then! Wish we simply used BRMD right away instead of wasting 2 weeks with other companies. Price was great too

We had a great experience. They replied within an hour of my online contact, came out 2 days later and I had the price that evening. They started the next week and were done in 4 days. My project designer was Greg and our project manager was Tom. They're very organized and efficient. I highly recommend.
