Brian and his team did an exceptional job on my kitchen remodel. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. Brian was deeply involved and supportive throughout the planning stage, helping with thoughtful design decisions while staying on schedule and respecting our budget. His crew was professional, respectful, and considerate of our neighbors, ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. Brian went above and beyond to accommodate custom design elements, such as a beautiful custom-built stovetop hood, and was always open to adjustments during the planning and design phases. I’m especially grateful for Brian’s encouragement to consider a new kitchen layout, which I was initially hesitant about. We worked with Brian on a whole house remodel and were impressed by how painless the entire process was. There are millions of choices to be made, changes to confirm and small or medium sized fires to put out, as is the case with remodeling old houses, and Brian have handled all of these with patience, communicated in time, and kept everything moving at a steady speed. We ended up with the project finished on time, and although spending a little more than the initial budget, it was discussed throughout the project and not really much surprise expenses occurred. The finished product was mostly to our satisfaction. What small imperfections we found after moving back in, Brian came back and fix them. Having had some smaller projects done before, we cannot say the same about those. We would hire Brian again.

If you're looking for a contractor, Brian with GGR Contracting is great. First contacted him in Feb 2022. Started construction on March 7th 2023. 6 months actual construction. 3 months away from home and 3 months in one bedroom of the house. 800sqft added. Brian updated a cost spreadsheet which made it really easy to track progress and where the money was being spent. He communicated issues quickly. His navigation of the numerous permits needed gave us confidence that we aren't going to have problems with future projects.

Brian at GGR possesses deep knowledge of structural components of all material types, produces high quality work and craftmanship, and is a great communicator during construction coordination. Brian and team are exceptional! They walked us through the whole design process, helped make great decisions when faced with so many choices, and delivered a beautifully remodeled home. Brian and his team did an amazing job on our garage addition. It was truly top quality service and craftsmanship for the entire project. After a bad experience with another GC, our drafter recommended Brian at GGR Contracting to us. I'm so glad he did! Brian did a fantastic job of managing our project, and we are thrilled with the results! Our project was a remodel of the first floor of our 1908 capitol hill four square. We wanted to swap our our kitchen and dining room, move our back door and deck, and add a mudroom. From the beginning, Brian listened well to what we wanted to do, but also added great suggestions along the way. He is a very design-oriented builder, and has great attention to detail. In our design planning shopping trip, he was a great guide, and helped us find products that met our goals and offered creative solutions. When it came to the project start date, we got started on time. That meant a lot to us. From there the work never stopped until the project was complete. Compared to other friends who were also doing remodels we always heard stories about how the work would pause for weeks at a time. For us, it was a constant flow which I attribute to both Brian's planning skills, and the relationship with his subs. Speaking of subs, The main person on site every day of the project was AMAZING. Victor was really nice, and had a very broad range of skills. All through the process Brian stayed in close contact, was easily reachable, and was very responsive. Now at the end of the project, we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work.

Brian helped us with a small project to build a flight of stairs. He worked with us through each step of the project, including rough quote, ideation, design, mockup, build, and finish.
