Welcom Design & Remodeling is a licensed design-build firm specializing in kitchens and baths, based in the Charleston tri-county and serving Summerville, Goose Creek, and the greater Lowcountry since 2000. Everything happens under one licensed roof. Our own team does the design, the carpentry, the electrical, the plumbing, and the structural work, so one company is accountable for your whole project. That means we take on the work most remodelers sub out or avoid: removing load-bearing walls, relocating plumbing and electrical, and permitted, inspected framing. We put the plan and the price together before any demo. Nothing starts until every material for your job is on hand, which is how we hold the schedule and avoid change orders. You will know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before we open a wall. As the Lowcountry's exclusive Wellborn Cabinet dealer, we pair American-made cabinetry and fast turnaround with in-house installation and finish work. Our showroom lets you see door styles, finishes, and 3D CAD designs of your space before you order. From a single-room refresh to a whole-floor transformation, our specialty is kitchens and baths done right, down to the waterproofing and structure behind the walls that you never see but always rely on.
