My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WeldenField & Rowe Custom Homes & Neighborhoods is operated by Brian Rowe. Brian is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads and has held his Virginia Class-A Builders license for more than 35 years. Brian has built over 2000 homes in Virginia. The WeldenField & Rowe Custom Homes & Neighborhoods' team is dedicated to creating an enjoyable building experience for our clients and strives to exceed all homeowner expectations. Building a custom home is a collaborative effort and we work individually with each of our clients to ensure that they are getting the best value, the latest technology, and the highest quality workmanship in the industry. Brian and his team were extremely professional and attentive before, during and after our building our home. They met any challenge head on during the build and worked with us,, our suppliers and sub-contractors to come up with solutions that met our needs and desires. This was with the added obstacles the Covid-19 pandemic brought with during our project. It was a large and complex build with many exterior and interior custom features and they met or exceeded our expectations in all areas.

Brian Rowe and his team are exceptional homebuilders. They go above and beyond expectations. He really knows how to work with his clients and is very knowledgeable when it comes to homebuilding. More importantly, he and his team treat everyone like family and my wife and I cannot thank him and his team for a great experience in building our home. Even after we moved in, Brian made sure any issues that came up was taken care of and went above and beyond what we expected. If you are really looking for a quality builder that will be with you every step of the way, he and his team are the best in the area.

Great team of hard workers here. Attentive to what I was looking for and my timeline. When a project involved a local professional, they always communicated with them regularly to maintain the schedule and achieve my goals for the property. They handled everything!

WeldenField & Rowe Custom Home has build four houses for my family. They are honest, Trustworthy and delivering quality construction project. Our experience in every steps during construction was very positive. They understand client needs and emotion attach to new home and willing to do very best to satisficed. I like their open book construction contract approach, This will remove all misunderstanding and at end much better result. I have no reservation for using them for my future needs.
