Tom, we are truly sorry to have let you down, and understand the dilemma our delay caused you. We strive to offer the best in product and service to our clients and deeply regret that we were unable to provide that for you. We have learned a great deal from this experience, which we plan to apply to all future projects.

At the time we were discussing taking on your project, we were experiencing a surge of work and did not do our best at managing our workload of potential clients and existing clients. We deeply apologize for not being responsive about if we could take on your project which left you in the planning stages longer than you might have expected. We want to provide the best level of service to all our potential customers and we fully own that we should have more quickly let you know that we could not move forward to a contract with you.

It is important to note that our involvement in this project never progressed past the planning stages. We never entered into contract with this client, nor accepted any payment whatsoever from him. The demolition in the photo was not done by us, rather by the client’s contractor. The cabinet pictured is not one of our cabinets, and we assume it is awaiting countertop installation by the client’s contractor. The wall above the cabinet demonstrates only the absence of work we were intended to do, not any destruction we caused to the client’s property whatsoever. We do sincerely hope that the client and contractor will soon be able to find another professional to install their shelves, wine rack and new cabinet doors.

We feel that is it important for our clients to have a voice. We hear Mr. Mentzer’s frustration and understand where he is coming from. We also realize that with this review on our record we will have to work harder to gain the trust of our potential clients. Our promise to you is this: We ensure that we will strive to do our best to help our clients realize their home renovation dreams. We do not accept projects that we know we cannot follow through on. If you love our work, have read all our reviews and this one made you hesitate to contact us, we understand completely and would be thankful for the opportunity to discuss the issue further.
