Can you tell me if the floor is white oak and the stain color? Thanks!

Hi Kelly, thanks for inquiring. We were not the contractors for this project- only provided the cabinetry. However we can confirm that those are white oak floors. We can estimate that the finish is Rubio Monocoat, but if you want to know for sure you can contact BrassTacks for more information: http://www.brasstackskc.com/
