White Castle Roofing

We recently moved to a new home and have been calling tons of contractors for little projects around the house and it is hard out there to find a good contractor who does good work at a good price. Chad came out (getting a call back was hassle free and very fast) and was such a pro he figured out how to fix our over flowing gutter in about 15 min. Then he proceeded to bill us $0 because it was such a quick fix! Gotta love an honest pro!! Next time we need our roof replaced or gutters done we will definitely be requesting Chad and we will be recommending him to all of our friends. Thanks!

There sales person and estimater was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. One part of my roof had a very low slope and they had the right solutions to my problem. They took off my old roof haled it away and put on a new one in two days. They did an excellent job and arrived to get the work done when promised. They had the lowest estimate and still came in under budget with the highest quality shingle.

He began working with us in the spring of 2012, and patiently kept educating us, giving us information, spending any time necessary to help us as we worked on a plan for our roof replacement. We had to have the front entry of our home remodeled due to a bad water problem that had never been able to be solved for over 20 years. He has amazing patience and respect for his customers. We are impressed with him personally as he made the complications & confusion that we were dealing with in our lives so much simpler. He worked well with the company we chose to remodel the roof and the job was done efficiently and professionally. The White Castle business office employees are responsive and helpful. Our experience had few problems, and the challenges we did have were handled quickly and smoothly! We are extremely thankful for the positive experience we had with this company.

The staff at White Castle did a wonderful job of repairing a hole in our shingles created by wildlife digging on the roof. They were not able to exactly match our shingles, but gave us a choice of what was available, and worked it in with the remaining shingles so it was not quite so obvious. They were prompt with estimates, repairs, and billing. We were very pleased with the job they did for us.
