My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We had the pleasure of partnering with Melinda on a high end kitchen renovation project in Orland Park. It was a seamless process - from reviewing the initial, well-thought through drawings, to making value add adjustments to the design, to setting clear expectations with the client and the general contractor executing the installation. Not only is Melinda a brilliant designer, she project manages the delivery with surgical precision to ensure that the promise that was made at the onset of the relationship is fulfilled. Highly recommended!

Melinda and Jaclyn helped us with our first floor remodel. We were referred to several designers and chose them due to their abilities to see outside the box. We couldn't be more happy with our new home. We starting up a another project now and are so excited!

Jaclyn is truly one of a kind! She is an outstanding designer that truly gets to know you and your space. She is remarkable in her ability to design spaces that are functional and beautiful. She is able to design spaces for any and all budgets. Jaclyn is also a wonderful person and so fun to work with. She is professional and thoughtful in everything she does! If I could give her more stars I would!!

Jaclyn, owner of Studio Swann, was introduced to us by our architect while building our custom home on the north side of Chicago. She made an overwhelming project manageable and helped us create our beautiful dream home. Jaclyn helped us select Greenfield cabinets throughout and she added details we never would have thought of in our bathrooms and kitchen. Jaclyn also held our hands through the stone and lighting selections, using her expertise to create something functional, beautiful and family-friendly. When it came time to choose our tile, Jaclyn made selections that capture the transitional style of our home and gave it character unique to our personal style. We never would have been able to create our dream home without Jacyln's help.

Jaclyn was amazing!! I received help with completely remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. Since I am busy, she took care of everything….she picked out the granite, lighting, tiles, and cabinetry in the kitchen. She picked out everything in my bathroom too. The painters and contractors were punctual, incredibly skilled, and very friendly. I was surprised because I always hear horror stories of contractor delays/mistakes when I talk to other people about work they've had done...not here though..Jaclyn knew exactly the perfect people to complete the work. When they were finished, I was blown away…every visitor compliments how beautiful my place is designed now…little do they know Jaclyn did it all:)…most of all, jaclyn is truly a good person(and I don't like a lot of people LOL),and doing business with someone of high integrity is very important to me...I am so grateful..

Jaclyn the principal has always been extremely professional and easy to work with. She has built a wonderful resume prior to establishing her firm, Studio Swann and the experience is evident in the end result. Projects are sophisticated and clean... timeless and beautiful. Always respectful within the trade and efficient with their time, Studio Swann and Jaclyn come highly recommended.
