WPL has specialized in customized site design for over 62 years. We are a Certified Small Business (SWaM). With the addition of the landscape architecture division 22 years ago, we now offer a fully integrated approach to the design process. Our philosophy combines art and science, resulting in the development of new and innovative concepts, which are then engineered to function in an efficient and cost effective manner. WPL is a Virginia S-Corporation offering a full range of professional services in landscape architecture, land surveying, and civil engineering throughout southeastern Virginia. We help clients realize the full potential of their land while increasing property values, usefulness, aesthetics, and environmental contributions.
