Yana Mlynash | Kitchen & Bath Designer

We just finished a 15-month remodel of our home in whcih Yana did the design for the new kitchen/great room, four bathrooms and the primary bedroom walk-in closet. She was with us each step of the way and always very responsive. Now that we have moved back in, we realize just how well the designs are working for us. The functionality of the kitchen and our bathroom are terrific and we love the way things look. Yana made this process enjoyable and far less challenging than we expected.

Couldn't be happier. Yana did our kitchen years ago (it's still amazing) and time time around helped us convert a giant ensuite into a reasonable-sized ensuite and a second upstairs bathroom. Life quality in our house is now greatly improved. Thanks!

This is a long overdue feedback. My kitchen remodeling project was completed in October 2018. After 2.5 years of enjoying my new Kitchen, I have to say that Yana did a wonderful job designing my kitchen, and be there throughout the project for my general contractor. She listened to my needs and did an excellent job to meet all my requirements for the project. Yana is resourceful, professional, very pleasant to work with, and excellent in finding creative solutions. The solutions she provided are functional, practical and aesthetic. Kitchen remodeling is such a detailed and complex project; having a designer like Yana to work with really gave me a peace of mind.

I can't say enough great things about Yana! We hired Yana to help us with a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel and the addition of an entertainment center in the living room. Yana listened to our ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! She did such a great job of ensuring the design was something that we would love. Yana is such a warm person with abounding enthusiasm and has a genuine love for what she does. She responded to emails promptly and effectively, and moved through our project in a timely manner. She truly has a gift for design and is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Yana!

Yana designed our kitchen in 2014. She brings an aesthetic sense combined with a pragmatism that made our kitchen appealing and easy to use. We enjoyed it for two years before moving. Her knowledge of product, attention to detail, follow-up and ability to scale to use all available space without an appearance of crowding are truly remarkable. We only wish she were here to design out new kitchen but she is two states away. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

Yana is awesome - both at her craft as an interior design professional, and as a person! Yana transformed our whole house including master bedroom, master bath, guest bath, kitchen and foyer into a space we absolutely love and enjoy. We couldn't be happier - thank you Yana! Not only do we love the results, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the remodel process including design and construction! Yana ensured the process was smooth and stress free. She listened to all our needs and concerns and came up with the perfect design with the right balance of function and aesthetic. She made sifting through an overwhelming number of options so easy, with her always calm and pleasant demeanor. Not once did we feel rushed into a decision.Yana has a keen sense of space, and an eye for detail - she provides amazing layout options. When things came up during construction, Yana was always there to answer our questions, be it email or a quick call to discuss with contractors. Yana's work is meticulous and she is very passionate about her craft - it shows in her work! It sounds incredible but I miss the remodel and our meetings with Yana so much, that I am planning other projects so that we can work with her again :). We highly recommend Yana!
