YAREX Renovation & Restoration is a licensed and insured contractor based in Etobicoke, serving Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Burlington, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York and Scarborough. We run two divisions out of one shop: renovation — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, legal second suites, condos and whole homes — and 24/7 water, fire and mold restoration. The second division is the credential. We spend our weeks opening up other people's finished renovations to find out how they failed: the shower that was never waterproofed, the basement finished over a wet slab, the wiring buried behind new drywall. We know what fails. We build what lasts. How we work: One project lead. One number. You never coordinate between trades — that is our work, not yours. A weekly walkthrough, scheduled rather than requested. The punch list closes in writing before the keys go back. The Clean Worksite Promise: protection, containment, daily cleanup. The rest of the house is not ours. Estimates are free and quotes are fixed-price before work begins — the number you approve is the number you pay unless the scope changes. We produce the drawings, file the permits and book the inspections. Our renovation minimum is $75,000. Emergency restoration has no minimum and no business hours. We answer at 3 a.m., and we work your insurance claim with you.
