“The house was actually just a symbol. Months before retiring from government service in 2013, I urgently needed a concrete plan to provide the most basic need of my family - a decent shelter of our own. But with meager resources and moderate savings, such plan remained a dream not even worthy of being seriously considered. This was until Homescape came into our lives. Our dream slowly turned into reality and all our concerns were professionally and carefully handled from the very first time we spoke and met Mr. Harold Sison until keys were finally handed to us after our house was built 5 months after. First off, we recieved the most profound financial advice and assistance which included cost-based budgeting of our requirements, affordable and flexible financial payments and draw downs, to assistance in providing all documentary requirements which led to the seamless approval of an otherwise tedious bank loan process. The construction phase was equally commendable. Mr. Sison have accomodated most of our preferences with minimum variance from our agreed contract much to our utmost satisfaction and delight. In fact most people who had the opportunity to visit our home have expressed nothing but kind words of admiration for what they saw. Lastly, after sales support was superb. Homescape made sure that all minor defects which normally came out were immediately addressed and we never paid a single cent for what could have easily been worth a big amount of money. The entire endeavor was really a pleasant experience for us. Eversince we moved in into our humble home our family have since experienced satisfaction and happiness from days on. We have never felt more blessed and for sure this place will be filled with loving memories for years to come. And for now I can say, we truly feel God's divine providence over our family, and the house is actually just a symbol. Thank you Homescape for being a part of our lives.”
