“I was recently asked to write a quick letter of recommendation based on our experiences with Highpointe DBR and the interior build-out of our current facilities. I should state that our build-out was a large retail space that had several prior tenants that each had left their mark on the premises. All of the existing flooring, walls, fixtures, etc had to be removed or refinished due to a careless move out from the last tenant. Damian and Hal were great to deal with from day one, and were the partners we were looking for to bring our new facilities from an idea to reality. It is sometimes hard to convey what you want through discussions or a rough sketch, but Damian was able to listen to what we said and what we described, and provide us not only what we wanted, but also recommendations for why certain requests of ours were not necessary, while offering recommendations that in the end were exactly what we needed. Both Hal and Damian were very knowledgeable about the best course of action to take, and what would be necessary to see things through. We had no idea about commercial construction so it was important that we partnered with a company that knew what they were doing, could explain things so we could understand them, and basically hold our hand the whole way through.
