As a contractor, we have worked with Bundle many times over the years. Dan and team have a great aesthetic and the deepest knowledge of green building and energy efficiency in town.

We have worked with Dan on a few very nice high performance homes. We are super appreciative of Dan's deep understanding of building science and commitment to designing homes that are healthier/more comfortable for their owners and better for the planet. His collaborative approach to the integrated design process ensures that the homeowner gets to synthesize the best information from everyone in the team: the contractor, the designers, the engineers, the architect, and themselves. This project which we will finish in June is of course, beautiful but also incorporates many well-considered high performance home features such as a siding drainage plane, a well-sealed & super-insulated building envelope, a heat recovery ventilator, dedicated electric car charging stations, an electric heat pump water heater, and electric ductless mini-splits for heating/cooling. With a relatively small 8 KW solar panel array its energy model predicts it to produce more power than it uses, better than Net Zero energy!
