I have so much to say about Chayse. I recently completely renovated a new home I purchased. The project started at the same time my wife and I had our first baby and sold our home. Chayse assisted us in all the renovation design, sourcing materials, and most importantly....project management. One of the things I love about working with Chayse is her attention to detail and not finalizing a plan/material until she is 100% certain with her choice. I have a hard time making a decision and trust Chayse to make the right one. Many times she could have just said she liked something and i would have been happy. Rather, she took her time, contemplated the choice, and came back to me when she was absolutely certain. This means the world. It means she truly cares about her work and the final outcome. Because Chayse has tremendous experience, she has a vast network to source materials from. Her network also expands to hiring qualified people in all trades. Chayse did a lot of the sourcing on her own and would come to us when she had her final top choices. This made the process smooth and easy. Project Management........WOW. what i can say? she really saved the day. I got stuck in a situation with a horrible contractor. Chayse stepped in and took control of the situation. She is very knowledgeable about construction. When something was not being done the RIGHT way she would step in and make sure it was done properly. When a trade was not good enough she would quickly get bids from other sources and we would hire one to complete the job. When my contractor and i could not communicate, Chayse was there and handled the situation. This meant the world to me... Above all, Chayse is lovely in the true sense of the word. She is always happy, positive, and upbeat. I would highly recommend Chayse to anyone and in fact, have introduced her to several family members and friends who are also equally happy with their decision.

I have worked with Chayse Dacoda and Dacoda Design on numerous occasions over the course of more than a decade. There has not been an environment, residential or commercial, which has not seen an incredibly positive transformation. Chayse just creates spaces that you don't want to leave. Adept at many different styles, you can still feel a personal touch that blends exactly with the clients needs and personalities. Dacoda Design took my initial Malibu house plans and took them to the next level. Chayse has a flawless design sense and impeccable taste - couldn't ask for more! I can hardly wait to work with her on choosing textiles as DD's showroom has collected the most divine textiles I've ever seen in one place. Incredibly yummy.

Chayse is a delight to work with. She has helped me on several projects, both large (a full, top to bottom house remodel) and small (a simple condo redo). I have referred her to numerous friends and clients over the past 5 years and they have all been satisfied! She is really talented with color and I'm always thrilled with her final product. She listens and easily incorporates my style/ideas into her projects (when appropriate :) ). I trust her 100%!

Chayse is such a gem. Not only is she extremely creative and innovative in her approach to design, she is also SO lovely to work with. She takes the client's ideas and builds upon them and comes up with solutions for even the trickiest spaces. Chayse helped redesign our dining room and took an old dining room table (which we loved) and had it expanded to accommodate 14 people then designed window treatments, covered seating and lighting. It made our space come to life! She also helped hand craft all the window treatments all over our house. Her taste level is extremely high. On top of all that, she is kind and smart - a true professional!

I met with Chayse Dacoda today and one of her clients' in Los Feliz. I have to say, her plans were one of the most thorough presented to me in 25 years of being a builder. In addition, her construction and product knowledge is a tremendous asset to her clients as well as communication with builders.
