Dream Design Construct is a Los Angeles based design firm specializing in residential and commercial drafting, designs and permit processing for additions and remodels. Our mission is to bring your dream to life through a collaborative inclusionary design process based around constant open communication and an intimate understanding of your needs and requirements. We strive to build a strong relationship with each client that fosters mutual trust and respect. This allows us to create unique custom designed structures and homes based on your likes and preferences, resulting in aesthetically pleasing yet functional personalized living spaces.

I met Gabriel in 2008 through a client that was using him. I recommended my architect, but they chose Gabriel. After working with him, I began recommending him to my clients. Why? Because he listens and delivers. That's it. No drama, no trying to push the client to what he wants, is creative with budgets and spaces, and gets the permits quickly. As a contractor, I have a very short list of people I refer out, because if they screw it up, it reflects on me. I have absolutely no hesitation putting Gabriel and Josue in touch with my clients. They make my life easier and keep the construction going seamlessly and quickly by answering questions immediately or coming to the jobsite. I am seriously trying to think of any negatives to Dream Design Construct because I feel like a good review with no criticisms is suspect, but there are none that come to mind. Give them a shot....
