Marbletecture

On the advice of the attorney for my late uncle's estate, I hired Marbletecture to design a 5000 square foot house on the 160 ft deep by 100 ft wide lot where my uncle's house had recently been demolished. Tom Marble developed the plans based on my rough guidelines, provided contacts with area engineers, coordinated with the structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, interacted with the Burbank planning and permitting personnel, and stuck with the project until the house was ready for the market. Since I do not live in the state, Tom was the primary point of contact for the contractor. The final product is a beautiful, unique, well-built home. I would highly recommend Marbletecture for custom architectural projects, especially if you want a fair amount of project management to go with the design.

The word genius is used far too often, but I'm Marbletecture's case it is warranted. We hired the firm to do an extensive renovation on a Buff & Hensman home. There were huge challenges to implement a strategy to update the home and floor plan while respecting the integrity of the architecture of the home. Marbletecture met and exceeded those challenges. Tom Marble listened intently to our needs and got a very clear idea of not only what we needed but who we were. The five stars are absolutely deserved!

Tom Marble designed my house in Los Angeles. He is creative and responsible.
