Simon was great to work with! After showing him my vision for the project, he worked quickly to produce a series of high fidelity renderings of the design, took feedback from the contractor and myself before finalizing the design. This process was quick, professional, and produced a great result. However, the best part was his offer to work the project through the city permitting process for a flat fee. He created the appropriate drawings, got quotes from several engineers and surveyors to develop the required documents, and coordinated all communication with the city. This went as well as any permitting process ever does, and I didn't have to worry about it at all. Highly recommended!
