We bought our beach house in 2015. We took the house down to the studs and completely rebuilt on the inside (phase 1) in 2017 and then did the same on the exterior (phase 2) in 2020. We engaged DSA for the phase 2 exterior rebuild and our they worked with us and the General Contractor every step of the way and the result was an outstanding masterpiece which is our dream house. You can see the exterior pics below. They were involved in every aspect of the exterior renovation even the detailed furniture selections, colors, materials, etc. We wish we would have had DSA with us on phase 1 when we did the interior, but we hadn't yet found them...so we struggled and spent lots of our own time with the interior design as or GC was not equipped to handle that aspect. However, during our complete exterior renovation in 2020, the work required us to vacate the house so went back inside for some additional upgrades & modifications and DSA played an integral part of that process too, assisting us and the GC with living room, master bedroom, master bath, etc DSA is very professional and talented and we highly recommend them to be involved with your project from beginning to end.

The experience working with dsa was STUPENDOUS! We were able to share what we were thinking and they made it "come to life". We were adding on to an existing structure. We wanted some cohesiveness but we also wanted to push the envelope and make things look more contemporary as well. They challenged us and we challenged them yet came together with a totally cool design. They were also able to bring unique concepts/products to the table that we were not aware of. We posted pictures of what we liked and they were able to helps us through the pros and cons of our ideas. All this and we even beat the timeline we had established! We can't say enough about the companionship and collegiality we developed. We were actually sad to see the design project come to a close. D.S.A. did an outstanding job designing our home. They listened to our needs and wants and were able to incorporate most into the final design. After living there for just over a year, we have found very few things we would change, as D.S.A. responded to our needs and made adjustments prior to construction. My husband and I love our home and wouldn't hesitate using D.S.A. for another project.

Incredibly professional and very creative. Designed our 1,700 square foot roof top terrace with structural supports to elevate the deck and support a closed in kitchen with storm shutters. Extensive electrical, LED lighting and plumbing features. Worked closely with our general contractor to create the bistro environment exactly as we wanted. Excellent Architectural firm that provides great quality designs using an astounding team of designers and Architects. Design Styles has showed over the years that there are not projects too complex to be tackled by innovated ways unique to the particular problems.

As we prepared for a fairly extensive remodeling of our home, we were apprehensive about doing this for the first time. We interviewed several architects and DSA stood out as our best choice. Andy’s design was stunning and the plans went through the permit process with no problems. We made changes during the remodeling process and they always had great suggestions to make our ideas become a reality with as little expense and disruption of the remodeling process as possible. In addition to being a great design team, these are really nice people and we recommend them without reservation. Our home is the project on 75th Circle.

Designed and addition to our home which included a covered outdoor kitchen, a screene patio area, a detached workshop and landscaped sidewalk and flag pole area. The builder commented that the plans provided were the most complete plans he had ever worked with the specifications left no question as to the material and construction required. From day one, Design Styles worked with us in the design of the project and was easy to contact and wuickly to answer any questions by us or our contractor and provide any required modification to the plans.
