Overlooking the beautiful City of St. Petersburg, this outdated penthouse underwent a full renovation and expansion. The 3,000 SF space added 500 SF resulting in a more open and spacious apartment. A clean modern look and feel was created throughout with unique glass features and neutral tones. The previously open loft master bedroom was enclosed, providing a more natural and functional flow between the master and the ensuite, housing the master bath and walk-in closet. To retain the loft style of the apartment, a new open loft space with storefront glass was created above the kitchen. A functional 3rd level storage and exercise room was also created above the stairway, making use of previously wasted space.
