We are not businessmen. One of us is an artist with extensive experience washing dishes, mopping floors and late night organizing. The other one is a fantastic chef who has cooked for rock stars and rich people. He also will tell you all you need to know about the history of San Francisco, the history of every cooking implement ever invented and the history of cooking itself. You talk, we listen. He talks, you have no choice but to listen.
