Poor Quality Product and Customer service I installed Timbertech Mahogany on our deck about 6 months ago. It scratches and stains easily and noticeably bends when you step on it. When it rains it takes much longer to dry. In the Summer, it is much hotter than wood (which is a concern for our feet and our dogs) and smells like melting plastic. I am currently removing it and replacing with pressure treated wood that is less than 1/5 the price. I have contacted Timbertech's customer support (feedback@azekco.com) multiple times at their request and have not heard back (so I guess their customer support matches their product). Save your money and get the superior pressure treated wood.

Big Wave

Four years ago I purchased 7 led post lighted caps, 5.5 inch in the color Kona. These LED 2 watt post cap lights are on timers for 4 hours per day and are used from June through September. 4 of the 7 have failed and at $175 each or $700 to replace ( labor excluded), this appears to be an extraordinary expense for a premium product? I would ask the company to please advise accordingly. Possibly deserves zero stars.

Have a deck installed by a contractor of over 25 years and installed the Azek PVC decking. Looks nice, but all I hear is pops and squeaks all over the place. Very disappointed in the product. I would not recommend the product to anyone deciding between Azek and other composites.

Bear Ridge Construction

I have used Azek decking while building custom decks for my clients in Park City, Utah. The quality of their decking material is outstanding. They have the best warranty in the industry and use primarily recycled products in their manufacturing. My clients are always impressed at the beauty and quality. It is the only decking and railing product I recommend.

Azek has the highest quality PVC deck boards on the market. Their color and profile options are expansive, and fit an extensive range of house and trim colors. Decking installation is easy with Azek, and most of our contractors prefer to build with Azek PVC. Azek also has Composite, and Aluminum rail systems, with Composite Baluster, Metal Balusters, and Cable infill options. Anyone wanting a top-level performance board should consider Azek Building Products.
