I have used Pyramid Granite for three separate projects over the past few years (bathroom and kitchen). The entire customer experience has been wonderful. They have a great selection of granite, quartz, and marble, and work with you to be sure your installation is customized to meet your every need in terms of edge design, sinks, backsplashes, etc. I'm always prepared for something to go wrong with home projects, but with Pyramid Granite, they are the exception to that "rule." I have been in good hands, and it's always been a pleasure to work with them.

I requested maintenance (re-caulk and seal) on our kitchen counter tops. Mistakenly an area was missed. When I notified Balji, he worked to ensure the matter would be resolved. The fact that my concern was acknowledged and addressed without hesitation or an excuse spoke volumes about who they are as a company. We were very happy with our experience with our kitchen remodel with Pyramid Granite, particularly with how Jorge, our sales rep, and Alvaro, our contractor, were willing to work with us during every stage of the remodel. Pyramid's prices were reasonable, and we were very happy with the end result.

We had our kitchen countertop replaced in 6 hours. The team showed up as scheduled and conducted their business professionally and efficiently. In and out with cutting and installing, they kept my front door closed, being mindful of running A/C, and they covered our floor to keep it clean. They did a beautiful job at my house as shown in the attached picture. Furthermore, we love the fact that they let us get involved in the design (where all the pieces are placed on the granite slabs) so we can pick and choose the right design for us. Love it and highly recommended! BTW, in respect to COVID19 the entire team wore face masks as they worked. Awesome!

Pyramid Granite remodeled my entire kitchen and did an amazing job. This was right when quarantine started and Jorge went to extra lengths to make sure our cabinets would arrive ASAP in case operations shut down. Luckily everything went smoothly. The team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They got the entire kitchen done at a reasonable price, in a timely manner, and very efficiently.

We recently had Pyramid Granite complete a remodel of our home's kitchen. We could not be happier with the results and the professionalism of this company. We met with him numerous times to discuss what we wanted, and he was phenomenal in providing advice and recommendations with the kitchen’s design, functionality, and the quality and installation of all the cabinets and materials. We purchased our cabinets and granite countertops from Pyramid and absolutely love them. Jorge connected us with various high quality vendors who Pyramid works with, and went out of his way to assist us in the selection of backsplash material and design, sinks, faucets and appliances to best match and suit our kitchen cabinets and countertops. During all the work and installation, the amount of care for our home, lifestyle, and craftsmanship was evident from day one. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. We are now using our completed remodeled kitchen and could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done. They carry a wide selection of stones and partner with all large distributors in the area. They are prompt and accurate form the measuring process to installation. their turn around time can not be beat and when you have someones kitchen torn apart time is of the essence. I have three rental properties in Springfield, VA that needed upgrading. Pyramid Granite renovated 12 bathrooms and three kitchens for me. The granite was beautiful and it was installed on time and within budget. I was extremely pleased and the renters were delighted with the upgrade. I recommend this company and am very appreciative of the way they worked with the renters, the manager of the properties and me. They actually updated more than the granite. I have owned these properties for many years and the upgrades and remodeling that they did was outstanding and the cost was very reasonable and again within the contract price.

I worked with Claudia at Pyramid. She has to be the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Pyramid had a great selection of granite and other materials. Their installers were exceptional. We installed a 9x4 foot island in our kitchen in additional to the remaining counters in our kitchen and half bath. I ran into issues with my installer and Pyramid remained flexible and professional. I don’t think five stars is enough to give them. They were the best part of my rehab.

Pyramid Granite had the best customer service and pricing for the quality of work I received for my kitchen. The plumbing subcontractor that came in to install the sink and faucet has a great relationship with the granite crew and was even pitching in to help to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
