TrendStone, LLC

We sourced our quartz countertops from TrendStone when we bought a different house in April 2017. Choosing the right stone colors was more difficult than the rest of the experience! We purchased Cambria Ellesmere on the kitchen island and Cambria Torquay on the perimeter cabinets. They are strikingly beautiful! They are super easy to clean and they look as beautiful today as they did 4 years ago. The staff at TrendStone was great--they offered suggestions when asked, but they allowed us to choose the look we wanted. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We are preparing to choose new Cambria tops for our bathrooms, butler's pantry and office. Can't wait to work with the TrendStone folks again!

Cambria quartz is beautiful and the installed product looks great. However, I had to sit at home away from my job and wait for installers that didn't arrive for a total of three days over the course of the installation of my countertops and backsplash. The installers who were in my home were respectful and provided quality service. The scheduling staff from the Trendstone office were difficult to reach, didn't return calls to keep me apprised of scheduling situations, and, at one point, were downright rude. I placed the order through Costco and paid for the entire project up front which may have contributed to the lack of concern over my satisfaction. Once I contacted Costco and complained at their corporate headquarters, Trendstone became more interested in my experience. Too little too late. My time is as valuable a resource as my money and my time was squandered throughout this process. I wouldn't use them again.

Trendstone installed the Quartz countertops for our new build. The crew who installed them where extremely friendly, however, I wasn't pleased with the seam job. When I expressed my disappointment, they told me the seam exceeds industry standards and if I would like it changed, I would have to pay for it. I believe a customer should be 100% satisfied with their purchased, especially when they are spending a lot of money. We will be going with a different fabricator to correct the issue. I would not recommend using them.

The quartz products that Trendstone represents and fabricates are unique in the industry. Their products that replicate natural marble are so beautiful! My clients have been thrilled with their countertops. Service is excellent!

Trendstone has always been great to work with. The quality and professionalism of these guys is excellent. They always stand behind their countertop installations and without question will fix issues if they arise. We use Trendstone for our Cambria quartz fabrication & installation. They are always very responsive in getting back to me with answers to questions, quotes, etc. They are happy to meet with my clients and show them around their showroom and educating them on the material. Their customer service is great and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make something happen for my clients!

The office is very polite and timely with their estimates. The installers were tidy an polite and left warranty and care instructions for the home owner.

We have worked with TrendStone on many projects over the years. They think beyond the rectangle stone countertop. Their extensive stone knowledge, state of the art equipment, and skilled craftsmen are the best in the industry. If we can dream it, they can build it.
