What an incredible experience! Build Method, specifically Orr and the team, provided a level of expertise & professionalism that is unrivaled. What can you expect working with Orr? Honesty, integrity, a man of his word, and the highest standards. Our project consisted of transforming a wing of our home into a 2 bds/2 bth guest house. During our initial walk-through, Orr listened and was receptive to our requests. He provided honest assessments of our project and a clear & concise scope of work along with the respective milestone schedule. Once our agreement was completed, he hit the ground running. He made sure crews were on-site and daily walk-throughs were done at the end of each day. Throughout the project, he provided valuable insight to help us maximize functionality and reduce costs where possible. Not only did he maintain constant communication but also went out of his way to make sure any concerns were answered quickly. Throughout the project, we always felt considered and a priority. Although our project has been completed, he's continued to follow through on every single commitment.
