Paving & Driveway Contractors Near Seminole

“I don’t know where to even start- Juliano and his wife are outstanding people and craftsmen of their trade. Juliano can to our house and ave us in detail step by step how he would lay our pavers and even offered recommendations to enhance the look while also keeping in mind our neighbors. Juliano was in constant communication with me, fixed both of our gates, even laid piping down so when spectrum came to relay cable, they don’t have to rip up our pavers again. He even met with Spectrum and walked them through what he did to better everyones job. Juliano cleaned up his worksite and cleaned his tools every night and made sure to keep everything cleaned and organized. He made sure we were happy. More than anything, I felt like my father was doing the job. He did so much for us that he didn’t have to do because he is altruistic and knows that he can fix a gate quicker than waiting on a fence company to adjust it. I truly can not recommend them enough. Their work is impeccable and their attention to detail is insane. Juliano works so hard and knows his trade better than any other paver company we called to come assess and give us a quote. Just book him. He does the job RIGHT and with INTEGRITY. Thank you South Coast Pavers”

“This is a quality company doing careful work at a very competitive price. The Owner/President, Mauricio listens and is as flexible and responsive as possible to meet his clients needs.”

“Looking to expand my tandem driveway, I submitted my project, and Patrick Jones replied immediately. Said he could stop by the same day for a quote and he did just that. We walked to the area and took his measurements, and he talked about his quote. We looked it over that night and called him the next day to hire his team. He went to the courthouse the next day to apply for the permit. He wasted no time moving forward with this for us. Of course, due to Florida rain, he took him a few days to get out here to start the project. However, he stayed in communication with me every step of the way. Daily updates as to when he could get out there. It was perfect! The first step was dirt removal. They came out with the bobcat and removed the dirt; he was kind enough to take all my stepping-stones and move them for me. They removed the direct; that alone looked terrific. The second step was the poring of the concrete. The team came out and just in minutes had everything prep to pour the concrete. They worked so well together. It was done in no time. What impressed me even more… was the way they worked in an immaculate process. When they were done, you never knew they were here except for my new expended driveway. I will only use their services for any future project and was 100% recommend them! Clean, Professional, reliable, and fair price service, what more can one ask for! Thank you so much, Patrick and Team!”
