Authentic Hardwoods

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael and his team over at Authentic Hardwoods! They have completed many projects for us over the years, with the most recent being our master closets. At this point, 98% of our home is hardwoods (everything except for two sets of stairs) and every piece has been touched by this company. All of our original builder grade carpet was pulled out and replaced with hardwoods. They tied in the new hardwoods in with the existing, and sanded/stained everything and now you cannot even tell where there used to be carpet! Michael and has team are reliable - they show up when they say they will be there, they always complete the work as promised, the work is top notch and they clean up after themselves when they are done. I trust them to come into my home when I am not here (heck, they completed work for us while we were out of the country) and I never have any worries about them. We have had issues with leaks resulting in floor damage and Michael has always been quick to help us out, squeezing us in when we were in a pinch, and just truly taking care of us!! I have recommended him to many neighbors and friends who sing him praises as well. I would stand atop a mountain and yell praises for this company. If you are looking for hardwood floors, look no further, I promise you that you will NOT be disappointed!

We hired Mike and the team to refinish and stain hardwood floors in our newly purchased home and had very strict timelines/pressing deadlines and overlapping renovations going on in the house that involved other teams of professionals. Mike's team was absolutely amazing in working under these challenging conditions while being extremely diligent and professional and delivered the work on time with astonishing results - the floors are absolutely gorgeous!!! We loved working with this team and would do it again at any time. Thumbs up!!!

I have worked with Authentic Hardwoods since 2000. The are an extremely dependable company that has never let me down. It is extremely important when refinishing hardwoods to show up when you say you will and finish when you say you will. In the over 150 jobs they have done for me I can honestly say they have never let me down.
