Chase Flooring had great selection. My sales person was really attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable with the selection I made. One thing I did appreciate about Chase was that instead of just sending those 1x1 small samples, they were able to send the manufacturing company out to my home with large boards so that I could see the variation in the coloring of the wood in my home. It was great customer service. They scheduled everything, worked hard, were timely, and were very respectful of our home. It was also an extremely fair price. They went above and beyond for me, which I really appreciated!

We chose Chase Flooring to install cork floors in our master bedroom, yoga room, and walk in closets. Kirk was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping us decide the color and type of cork that best suited our needs. We wanted cushion for the exercise room but durability that could withstand two cats. He suggested a scratch resistant floated cork floor. It was installed the day after the order arrived. The crew was punctual and left the work areas clean.
