Fuse Flooring

I teamed up with Fuse Flooring for a personal project. I have a small house in Etobicoke that was intended to be a stepping stone to my next house. Now that I fell in love with the neighbourhood and house, I decided to stay and renovate and installed Fuse Flooring throughout. I dealt with Fraser at their Toronto store and he was super helpful explaining what makes a good wood floor. I knew what I wanted so I explained the look I was trying to achieve and they took care of the rest. Everything went according to schedule and budget. I was on the hunt for an eco-friendly option for my condo floor renovations and came upon Fuse Flooring. Their collection seemed to have a lot of certified products from sustainably managed forests, so I decided to visit their showroom. Our salesperson was super friendly and knowledgable, and gave me some samples to take home. After some deliberating and back and forth questions to the store, I decided on the Sumo Antique. The product was ordered in July and we had it installed in October. I've been living with it for over a month now and I can happily say I love it. The product is beautiful and the whole purchasing process was easy.

I've completed two major condo renovations in the last two years, from the floors up. The floors, supplied and installed by Fuse Flooring, were the perfect foundation for building a bold and unique environment. For my latest project in an older loft building in Toronto's Kensington Market I chose the Parador Oak Elephant Skin, a wide plank natural oak floor, manufactured in Austria from European oak. The flooring has tremendous variation, beautiful grain and black fill detail. It added a natural warmth and grounding to my space: a little French provincial, a little Scandinavian urban. The purchase was seamless from the selection process to delivery and installation. The staff was not only courteous and knowledgable - they love what they do and stand behind the product they sell. I cannot say this for many of the other building suppliers I've dealt with. I had slightly miscalculated the square footage needed and we were one box short during the installation. Within an hour an additional box of flooring arrived and everything was completed as planned. The most gratifying part of the experience is knowing that the quality of the product and workmanship is for life. I can't imagine approaching a renovation in any other way.
