We hired MIMO Flooring to install new flooring in our bedroom areas and to refinish the red oak flooring in the common areas of our home. The install of the new flooring was excellent and the refinish of the existing red oak flooring was superb.

We hired Mimo Flooring for 2 new construction projects in Miami (DIlido Island & Cocoplum) for various jobs from floor installation to a custom made handrail and stairs. I originally hired this company to replace my santos mahogany wood floors. Keith came in and immediately told me I should bleach them and not to get rid of such good floors. He is a true professional and really knows his work. My floors were bleached very light and they look amazing. I could not have asked for better. It was the look I was looking for all along. I loved dealing with him and his company. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Mimo Flooring Co. My wife and I had shopped around for a little over 6 months before we found MIMO Flooring Co online and decided to stop by the showroom. Before we found MIMO we shopped around at the large retail stores but we got the vibe that they just didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I purchased my wood floors from Mimo Flooring because I loved their product and trusted their price. Originally I planned on installing them myself and I am so glad that I changed my mind. Their installers were experts. They were meticulous, professional and respectful of my time and home. The owner came daily to check on the work and I couldn't be happier. From our initial conversations with Keith and before he even came to meet us at our home, we knew from his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness, that this was the company we were going to hire. He knew by looking out our house exactly what we were looking for and came up with the perfect flooring. Not only are we in love with the results but we could not speak more highly of the expertise and efficiency the work was performed with. He and his team were there the the day they said they were going to be there and they were even early! Not something always easy to come by in this day and age. Furthermore, they came up with great solutions which were cost effective and looked great as far what to do about existing baseboards we had newly installed. The finished the job in a very timely manner and followed through to ensure we were happy with the results. There was a small issue with one of the boards that seemed to be a manufactuer defect that was not noticed. Keith and the installer both came out to inspect and went above and beyond by chipping out the damaged wood and replacing it with new. He spent two hours chipping away at it so he would not create any dust in the home we just moved back into. I cannot tell you how much that meant to us. I purchase the _European Oak____ it was a great Experience and easy transaction. As soon as I saw a sample of the floor I fell in love. I couldn't wait to get it. It took some time to get the floor installed do to some construction I was doing at home. But when it was installed... I was so happy .. It Is exactly the look I wanted rustic but modern. We were looking for a dark colored hardwood floor for our new investment home in Plantation. We wanted something durable and dark. The guys from Mimo Flooring came right to the house and brought several samples with them of many different colors and styles. It was so convenient because we were able to see the different samples right in the space. We found the perfect option to fit our style and our budget. We purchased the floor from Mimo and also hired them to do the installation. They delivered the floor inside the home a few days later and let it sit to acclimate. Installation began shortly there after. The end result was amazing! The floor looked beautiful and all of the baseboards and transitions were installed flawlessly. I could not have been happier. They left the house so clean that it was as though they were never there. I would highly recommend Mimo Flooring for any wood flooring project that you have and I will certainly be calling on them again.
