When my agent came to my house he said not to expect top dollar. Planchers Xilo pulled up the carpets and redid the floors. The agent couldn't believe the difference. We sold in one day. My only regret was that I hadn't done the floors years ago. Then we hired him to do our condo and it totally refreshed it. He was a pleasure to work with. Patient with me while I picked a color. I would use him again in a second

We own a triplex and we hired George in 2016. He is very professional, punctual and personal. He explained to us all our options and finished the project on time.
