Amazing company! I got the best price out of 5 estimates from 1 OAK for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and they through in recessed lighting throughout my home for free. Im very pleased with our project manager David and the 1 OAK team. The best part was the project was completed in under 60 days, 2 weeks earlier than the finish date we agreed on with no kinks in the process. Price is not always the cheapest but they get the jobs done on time and clean. I deal with Yaron who manages the jobs, he has a pretty amazing eye with design. Yaron provided me with multiple cabinet suppliers grade A quality and fuxtures

Me and my wife Jessica were browsing the internet in search of the perfect most aesthetic contractor in Los Angeles to help us remodel our dream home in Topanga and put the finishing immaculate touches on our property that we recently acquired. We where INITIALLY TURNED OFF from the ongoing questions when they called me but when we met with David and Josh from 1 OAK we were almost certain we found the contractor for us, having never dealt with contractors in Los Angeles since we moved from the East coast. Since the proposed work was over 100k, we got over 7 estimates and interviewed innumerable companies before receiving these estimates. We ended up going with 1 OAK and extremely pleased that we did. Now that the work is finished we can NOT even begin to imagine having gone with another company. They fully tore out the interior of the house, opened up our floor plan, thus renovating our 4 bedroom home. They also did the landscaping in the front and the back and all the the lights and fixtures into LED all for the best price that we had gotten from all the companies that we interviewed. I should also add that the price was not the reason why we chose them. These guys are rock stars

Hired 1OAK Remodeling to extend and remodel my kitchen. The pricing was not within my budget but this had been my second attempt at hiring a contractor so I wasnt going to go cheap. The first company could not even get the blue prints approved. 1 oak approved the blue prints the same day! There wasnt much to see during the framing stage so I couldnt tell how it was going. Things went by slow until the drywall was put up! After the cabinet install i could understand the craftmanship is trully 1 of a kind. The amount of detail that was put in was incredible.

So I was searching online trying to find a contractor to remodel my home. I happened to stumble upon the page of 1 OAK Remodeling and ended up getting in touch with them.They answered all my questions and I ended up scheduling an appointment with them for an in home consultation. That was when I initially met Yaron. At first me and my wife were concerned because they wouldn’t agree to start the work for a week being that they were booked up. We almost went with another contractor but now we couldn’t imagine not having gone with 1 OAK. We did a kitchen remodel, opened up the floor plan, and added an island, all of which surpassed our expectations. Yaron had a lot of ideas that we ended up going with as well. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for quality work as experience is an understatement. I will be calling them back for my next project which is an addition if the city approves the plans that we have for it.

Who would ever thought looking for a contractor would be like walking on thin ice. My wife and I planned on reconfigure and remodeling our 1077 all original ranch style home. Our initial meeting with 1 oak remodeling did not go as planned. We met Josh, he gave a price on the spot and only has 2 days available on starting our job. He clarified if we could not start that month then he would have to decline our job. We found that kind of strange seemed like he was not desperate for our business, I mean 200k project !!!!! We ended up hiring another company to start the blue prints to reconfigure and remodel our home. In our meeting with Josh he was very thorough and detailed on what to look for in contractors and the whole blue print process. The farther the process came along the more red flag points Josh stated came up. The original contractor twisted his contract when he brought us a change order for $80,000!!! Both my wife and I went into frantic shock!! Is this really happening ??? My wife decided to call Josh for help.. both of us nearly begged him for help as we then realized we had made a huge mistake. Josh agreed to meet us the following day, took a look at the "floor plan" the other company drew up. The amount of flaws and design issues struck his eyes. He immediately called the company and with our permission fired them for flaws that would go against code compliances. Josh went above expectations and brought over his own architect to re sketch and draw the plans. Wow, what a dream come true! His permi lady got th a plans approved over the counter. The demo, framing, electrical and plumbing was all done without 1 correction notice. The project was completed last month and we could not express how thankful we are to have had met Joshua and his guys. The tile guys worked slowly and careful, they floated the floors before laying down the tiles. Our house is now our rememberence to great quality, workmanship and progressionalism.

I've done business with 1 OAK a couple months back so I decided to bring them back out to bid on my bathroom 2 weeks ago. I took 4 bids and 1 OAK quoted me $15,800.00 for the complete project. I thought the price was a bit high so I decided to hire another company. After they did the demo they tried to charge me an extra $8,000.00 for things 1 OAK already included and foresaw prior to bidding. I immediately fired that firm especially after they started before my 3 days cancellation time was up! 1 OAK took control and completed my bathroom in 7 days! Thank you for the wonderful work and I am sorry I second guessed your pricing.
