We met with Lior Perez on June 1st 2023 to discuss a kitchen Reno job. While telling him the things we wanted he had several suggestions that were not originally in our plan but we are so happy we went with his ideas of taking down our dining room wall & putting in a new wall to make our laundry room separate. Lior and his crew started on July 6th, in 1 full day our kitchen was completely gutted & on its way to updated & beautiful. Throughout the project Lior always responded to our questions & concerns in a timely matter. The crew of men working were always friendly & worked hard. Our kitchen was finished 2 and a half weeks earlier than projected in the contract & we now have a gorgeous kitchen that is beyond my expectations, we are more than thrilled to get to enjoy this perfect new space. We wanted to add a loft in our high-ceiling living room condo. AGA Construction stood out from many other builders regarding the contract and project task breakdown, scheduling, billing, and frequent communications throughout the execution. A couple of differences between the drawings and the reality, uncovered in the interior walls demolition stage, were expediently resolved by proposals and subsequently approved by the structural engineer and architect.

We worked with Micky and the AGA Team. I’m super happy with the work that they did. It took longer than expected, as we added some things along the way, and you know COVID, but it was a significant investment into our forever home and worth it. Make sure to have a conversation about what your exact needs are and find out if feasible.

I hired AGA for my backyard remodel, building a pool/spa and new bathroom addition. I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first time doing any construction, and I was nervous to say the least. AGA made me feel at ease and reassured before and during the entire process. They first helped me with drawing the plans for the backyard and made sure that every single detail in the design would be to my liking. Before we submitted any plans to the city, they worked very closely with me to make sure no details were missed on the plans. If there was anything in the design that I did not like, they changed it and made sure to follow all of the construction work according to the plan. This definitely made me feel comfortable knowing that the remodel had a vision that they will be following closely. This gave me a lot of room for making decisions on material selections, design choices, etc. Overall it was a great experience and I LOVE my backyard! I can't wait for the summer again so I can enjoy. My bathroom is gorgeous and I love using it after dipping in my new pool! Thank you AGA Construction! Also am planning on re-doing my kitchen next and will definitely be contacting AGA again when I'm ready to start on the kitchen.

We chose to work with AGA Construction to renovate our bathroom because we had a great experience with them 3 years ago when they remodeled our kitchen (I still love it!) The bathroom is beautiful. We are very pleased with the design and with the very professional work. Also, they were responsive to my questions and concerns, giving me quick answers and explanations as well as helping in determining several changes in the plans. It was a great experience, and I will use them to build my guest house in the future. Thank you, AGA, to all the team from the project manager to the ladies at the office for a great experience.

We hired AGA Construction in February 2022, and I am so glad we did! We met with multiple contractors, but Eran from AGA Construction really impressed us with his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Eran’s excellent communication, daily updates, and quality workmanship made this entire experience easy and enjoyable. I have extraordinarily high standards and Eran's attention to detail was impeccable and very appreciated. AGA was on time, courteous, followed all of our HOA’s rules, able to accommodate our last minute requests and add-ons, and they kept our home and common areas tidy during our remodel. Eran and AGA also helped us obtain all of the permits we needed, and we passed our electrical, plumbing, and structural inspections with flying colors. I can’t recommend Eran and AGA enough. We will definitely be hiring AGA for all of our future home renovation projects!

This is a bad and horrible company to hire for any home improvements, full of lies, broken promises, over charging, BAD Work.

AGA and Ron did an amazing job AGAIN!! Re-did my new house and put in a beautiful stone block fence. Finished the entire project under budget and in less time than we thought. Do yourself a favor and go with Ron, he cares about his customers and it shows in the work. All he does is deliver high quality services and top notch customer service. The best thing is that regardless of the budget you will get the highest quality experience.

We had a great experience working with Ron and AGA Construction on a large home renovation and kitchen remodel. Ron was in constant communication with us about our project and the timeline and was very responsive to our many questions, always responding to texts and phone calls in a timely fashion. We've never renovated a home before so it was important to us to know everything that would be happening and when, and Ron really helped us feel comfortable with the entire process. All of the workers from AGA did top notch, very professional work, including installing a tricky glass subway tile backsplash in the kitchen. Ron's prices were extremely reasonable and very competitive compared to the other quotes we received for the same scope of work. Most importantly, all the work was completed on time and within budget--no surprises and no constant push-back of deadlines (I have had some friends share some real horror stories about their contractors so I am particularly grateful for this!). I get compliments on my house--especially my new kitchen--from everyone who walks through the door. We originally called Ron because we had an unexpected set of repairs to make, but we ultimately ended up with a much more comfortable, beautiful, better quality house to live in. We're so glad we went with AGA and will definitely call them in the future for any additional renovation needs we might have.

If you are looking for excellent work and excellent service, then this is your company. Ilan and his crews turned our shabby 1950's kitchen into a showplace in nine short weeks. My mother, age 90, decided she needed a new kitchen but had very little idea what it was going to look like. Ilan's great sense of style and space were invaluable. He helped us choose all the materials and closely supervised all the work to make sure it was done perfectly. He suggested removing part of a wall to open up the space, and the difference that made to the look of the kitchen is amazing. We are BEYOND pleased with the results. In fact, we were so happy with the work done by this company that we had them replace the roof, rewire the whole house, and put in all new windows, among many other things. All of the workers were friendly, hard-working and respectful of our home, keeping the noise and dirt to a minimum. Ilan was outstanding in monitoring the project. He either stopped by the house or called us every day to discuss the progress. He told us what each service was going to cost and held to the price even though additional work was sometimes needed. As I read some of the other reviews of this company, Ilan's honesty is apparent. If your project is not a good match with his company, he will be up-front about telling you, and I respect him for that. We have had a wonderful experience with AGA Construction, and we will definitely use them again for future projects.

This was a complete kitchen remodel. A small 3/4 bath and service porch were demolished and the space was added to our kitchen. An island was added. Structural work was required. New lighting, cabinetry, pantry, sink, floor, tile, appliances, windows, door, security wiring--everything was done. AGA was very professional, estimate (money and time) was accurate, Workmanship was excellent. They dealt with problems that were disclosed very well. They worked continuously and kept the work area and adjacent rooms clean. They offered good advice on many aspects of the project. We would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them in the future.

On our kitchen and Master Bathroom remodel, AGA was an all encompasing company. Taking care of kitchen design, layouts, consultation. Professional installations, quality finishes, They also had great vendors for better costs.
