AIREL CONSTRUCTION

I am enthusiastic to write a positive review of Airel Constructor, led by contractor, David Yeakel. We hired David in the fall of 2023 for a second story bathroom remodel. I met with three contractors. David's estimate was the middle estimate, and he was the person I wanted to work with. We had a bathtub/shower combination. We wanted a shower only with sliding glass doors. We wanted all existing tile removed (including the floor), and the vanity removed. I had research and purchased some of the materials (tile, shower doors and glass, shower trim kit, shower head, shower arm, vanity, towel bars, sink faucet, mirror and light fixture. David purchased all the things I didn't know about or understand. Miguel was the tiling man working with David. His work is exquisite! Every time there was a tiling decision to be made, he asked for my opinion. And every time, I told him to choose. His understanding of tile and his aesthetic of tile work is so advanced. The bathroom is my husband's but I go in at least once a day to look at the shower walls. They are that beautiful. David's goal is to give you want you want. His communication skills are exceptional, including answering well questions I had. His directness, honesty and kindness made us happy to see him every day, Miguel was also a delight to have work in our home. We were billed weekly for time/labor and materials he purchased. The finished bathroom is exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Airel Construction to anyone and everyone. My husband and I feel very fortunate for this experience.

We hired Ariel Construction to install a pantry at our home and David was great! The job was tricky but David made it look awesome. We were so satisfied with his work that we hired him to build a staircase which was on short notice. David came through the next day and knocked the staircase out over a weekend. David is dependable and honest which can be hard to come by in this industry. I would highly recommend Ariel Construction!

I'm on the board of our HOA. We hired Airel Construction to do siding work on a number of different units. From the start of the project through the end, it was great working with them. In addition to doing solid work, this crew showed up, communicated well, and they were extremely pleasant to work with. I really can't say how much I appreciated them. They were considerate of our home and the people and pets in it. It is clear that from the management to the workers, they are running a good crew. When you find a business that runs like this, with people that show up and do great work, it's easy to recommend them. I've already reached out to them for an additional small job, with the same positive results. If you have a job that needs to be done and are looking for a better experience, don't hesitate.
