These guys from AP roofing did a wonderful job. Asher and the crew were fantastic from start to finish. Asher was able to work with my budget and he was able to provide answers to all my questions and concerns. I had them remove at least layers on my 1300 sq./ft. house including the garage. Then they re-roofed all that space. Everything was so exact and spotless and professional. It finally rained the following week and I didn't have to go inside my attic with buckets in order to prevent leaks into the house. Lea (The office coordinator) was great with all the paperwork, invoicing and payments, while guiding me on how to get my LADWP roof rebate. Each part of this company has been such pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely hire them again, but luckily enough know that I'll not need them for at least 15 years

We had Asher from AP roofing and several of his crew come over to our house in order to replace the ridge caps, which were looking rough. Prior to Asher, we contacted and brought several other roofers to the house to give us their estimates for that exact same work. The price of Asher blew the other estimates away. After Asher finished measuring, he came down from the roof and told me the price - no waiting, no calling, no emailing to get a quote. We called Asher back a week after and to schedule the repair. Asher was able to remember my house and the estimate and I didn't have to remind him anything, which was very surprising. When we finally had them out to do the job, they were very friendly and they did a fantastic job. The ridge caps look beautiful. They match the rest of the roof seamlessly.

I initially found out about Asher from AP roofing online and I figured I should contact him and to see how much will it cost me to fix it AND/OR what other options do I have for that problem. Asher was basically the first person that I got an estimate from. Asher was by far the most professional and honest roofer compare to the other ones who came after him for an estimate. He explained everything to me before he scheduled his guys to come over and start the job, and even during the work, his communication skills were excellent. Asher and his crew did a GREAT job on a complete replacement of the flat roof. There is not even 1 minor leak since then, and the roof looks great. I definitely recommend Asher and AP roofing as a roofing contractor.

This roofing company is the best! We had a roofing emergency a week ago when our old roof just flu away from the winds and we needed a new roof. We also needed roofing material for the 2 balconies. We searched for a fast, reliable and honest roofing company with experience and knowledge that can come over and take care of this problem ASAP. Someone we could really trust. Asher came over to the house in a short notice and gave us a fair and honest estimate for the new roof. He was very knowledgeable and professional. What I also liked about Asher is that during the work, he came by every day (during the 3 days work) to manage and check the work, workers and make sure we were happy and everything was going well. In addition for Asher to be a great roofer, he is also a certified roofer inspector by the city. And the work is guaranteed which, to me, is always important. At the end, when the work was completed, Asher issued us the permit for the new roof. Not only is our roof strong and durable but it is also so aesthetically pleasing. I am so happy I found AP Roofing. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

Excellent company and great service! Asher was able to beat the other estimates that i got for my new roof and he did a great job. His work was a non stop work and he was able to complete it in 3 days. His crew of people were professional, polite and mostly, they made sure to clean the working space at the end of each working day, i highly recommend this company and i know that Asher will make sure that you will be happy and pleased with his quality of work.

We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called AP roofing because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. AP roofing are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us.

I never write reviews for work that is done at my property or business, but in this case, I want to write that I’m so pleased and happy with the work that AP roofing did. I wanted to let everybody know what to expect when hiring this company. I owe a small 6 unit HOA in Los Angeles and the roof had never been replaced before and it was about time to remove it and to place a new one. I worked closely with Asher, the project manager for the roof. Asher was very straight with the bids and he presented his honesty and professionalism. I got bids from 6 other roofing companies before checking each one of them and comparing/checking each company online. What impressed me was that the bid they gave me initially was close to their final bid. You can rely on them to be fair and mainly that they will complete the work. Also I was impressed by the knowledge and the commitment to putting a roof on that would be beautiful and last! And this is on top of the special certificate that they carry which allows them to perform the inspections themselves and to issue the permit on behalf of the city. Asher stopped by the property several times to check the progress, making sure that everything is good and to answer any questions I had. I honestly could go on and on but I think that my points have been explained in this review. The actual working crew was great too, came to work on time, courteous and very hard working people! They were responsive every step of the way. Now, my property have a great new roof! I couldn’t be happier.
