Outstanding Bathroom Renovation, Truly Beautiful Work We had an excellent experience working with Yehuda and AY Development on our bathroom renovation. From start to finish, Yehuda was professional, attentive, and incredibly detail oriented. He took the time to understand our vision and made sure every element was executed with care. The final result is a beautiful, high-end bathroom that exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding, quality materials, and a finish that feels both elegant and solid. You can tell they truly values beauty and precision in their work. Communication throughout the project was clear and transparent, and the job was completed exactly as promised. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines reliability, design sense, and high-quality execution the way Yehuda does. We would absolutely recommend AY Development to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation or any home improvement project where quality really matters.

AY Development did a very unprofessional job at my investment property. It has been nearly 2 years and this project is still not complete and unable to pass inspection. It was a simple renovation and very small remodel. We had advised him that we were not happy after visiting the property as it was supposed to be nearly finished. We arrived and were shocked to see that there wazs exp[pansion joint sticking out of the kitchen and bathroom wall and Yehudah said he was unsure what that was and did not want to ask us what he should do with it. After paying over 45K he has forefitted the project leaving us to have to fdinish the work to be up to code and we now must hire a private inspector to com[lete this project. We have tried to resolve this matter by reaching out in every way possible and have received no response. The work that was performed was very low quality to say the least. I have photos of everything and emails to support this review. We are very disapointed and choosing AY Development has cost us greatly.

After having issues with another Construction Company, AY Development came in and installed my stained Fence in two days! Mr Yehuda Izmargrito, and his crew did and excellent job, and the Product looks great! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to add value to their Home.
