I was extremely satisfied with the work that Big Brothers Development did in my basement. They remodeled the kitchen, bathroom, put in new tile floors and installed new hookups for the washer and dryer. All of this was done on time (about 30 days) and at a reasonable cost. Michael Big from Big Brothers came (a little early) on the appointed day to take a look at the project and provide an estimate. He was one of 3 that provided quotes for the project. His quote was by far the most professional and he spent the most time looking around and asking questions and even waited while we chatted with our HVAC contractor to answer some of our questions about the project. His quote was very detailed, reasonable and well thought out. He gave me confidence that he could do the project to our high standards, on time that we wouldn't have issues after the work was completed. He and his team worked diligently each day until the project was completed. He checked in with me at the end of each day to update me on his progress and let me know what to expect the next day or week. I have heard it said many times that is hard to find a good contractor and that you can have any two of the three qualities (reliability, quality, price) but not all three! I believe I hit the jackpot with Michael Big and Big Brothers. They had all three qualities and are excellent contractors. I would use them again for my future projects.
