My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We had trouble finding a contractor in the Charleston area to add a bath to a bedroom in our house. I found Bowmen LLC via Houzz and they responded right away. Spencer was very knowledgable and gave great suggestions. We were able to get on their schedule quickly and they were committed to completing the project within our time restraints. Unfortunately, their work was interrupted by Covid quarantine and they had to halt the project mid-way. Once restrictions were lifted, they finished the job quickly. The new bathroom is beyond our expectations, we are thrilled w/the craftsmanship. The workers were punctual, and there was good communication w/me about what to expect along the way. They cleaned up daily and even sent a professional cleaner when the job was complete. We will definitely use them again for future projects. Reasonably priced and stuck to original quote. Highly recommend!

We hired Bowmen, LLC for a small bedroom renovation. Though they often do much larger projects, they made us feel like our bathroom was a top priority. Spencer (owner), Joe and Chyrel (project managers) were very present, knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. Their subcontractors did impeccable work and left the site clean each day. I would recommend them highly for any project large or small.
