We recently finished a complete remodel with Brista Homes and couldn’t be happier! This is the third remodel we have done and was by far the best experience we’ve had. The entire team at Brista is amazing: professional, thorough and responsive throughout the process. We were out of town for most of the work but they were in constant communication to make it easy. We had some very tight time restraints as well and they finished on time while being conscious of our budget. The end result is better than we could have possibly imagined. We highly recommend Brista Homes!

A good friend recommended Mark Ursini of Brista Homes to help us with some renovation work. In October of 2016 Brista repainted the entire interior, replaced all the flooring with tile and carpet and renovated a hall / pantry area. We have previously built two new homes and renovated a 100 year old home with other contractors and working with Mark was by far the best experience we ever had, he and Brista absolutely get a five star review based on their quality of work, schedule performance while staying right on budget. Mark is a great guy to work with and I highly recommend him and Brista to help with any construction project you may be considering.

We had a wonderful experience with Brista Homes. I can't speak highly enough of everyone. We filled in a large porch upstairs and it was quite a project. AC units had to be moved, hallways created, stairs redone, etc. We also had drain issues in our back. Pavers were lifted, drains were rerouted and replaced, etc. It turned out better than we imagined, was done in a timely manner and because it was full service, I didn't have to run around town. We wouldn't think twice about who to use when we need a contractor again.

Brista Homes completed a kitchen renovation and facelift of our dated condo. They put in new wood floors, doors, trim, painted, and made the unit look new again. Brista Homes did a phenomenal job building our new house. They have an excellent relationship with their subcontractors, so everything was completed in a timely fashion despite the difficulties of Florida weather and city inspectors. Their project manager stressed to subcontractors the importance of getting their respective tasks done, so others could proceed. Their purchasing expert found alternative suppliers of building materials that, as a result, saved us thousands of dollars, particularly on our porches. They recommended a number of improvements to our original plans, which made our house even more amazing. We were slightly over budget, but that was largely due to the fact that so much of our total square footage consisted of non HVAC areas such as porches and a wider garage. Overall, my wife and I would recommend Brista Homes in a heartbeat.

Commented: What is the manufacturer and style of the tile backsplash?Unfortunately, I do not have the name. This was purchased several years ago from Floor & Decor. I was in the store recently, and if I recall, I saw something very similar.

Commented: wood cabinets finish?Unfortunately, this was a remodel from 2013 so we no longer have that information. The cabinet company on this project has since gone out of business.

Commented: What is the color of the walls?The owner selected the wall color. I reached out to her for the information. She recalls it being revere pewter but is not 100% sure being she since sold the unit.

Commented: CabinetsThese are custom cabinet purchased through Urban Effects. For a color very similar, try Cape Cod Gray by Olympic or anything in the Greige color family. Hope this helps!
