Cadence construction is a “superior” company. The whole team is very knowledgeable, prompt, helpful, and with my project, ahead of schedule. The extensive remodel of my kitchen involved the changing of not only the kitchen, but the living room, hallway, and my bedroom. We had to move the w/d out of the kitchen and into the hallway causing many areas to be touched. They thoroughly cleaned up every day. Cadence is definitely my first choice for any future projects. You won’t be disappointed.

Todd has an exquisite eye for detail and made phenomenal suggestions throughout the life of the project that kept the renovations true to the bones of the house. The final result was far better than anything I imagined. Todd was also fair and flexible with the inevitable issues that came up over the course of an extensive exterior renovation. While the project took longer than expected, it was entirely worth the wait. I highly recommend working with Cadence Construction!

I highly recommend Cadence Construction. Todd communicates clearly and effectively, is personable, and his attention to detail is outstanding. With his excellent subcontractors he re-opened a previously enclosed front porch, renovated the kitchen and re-worked some closets to make this 1939 house so very livable. He met every commitment he made in a timely manner and the project accounting was reliable and thorough. His recommendations for special and/or finishing touches show his passion for historic elements and the authenticity and integrity of his work.

Cadence Construction inquired upon MSS ORTIZ Electrical Services for several projects in the area. We have been pleased that we have joined forces with them. They have made it easy for us to communicate and work with on the projects. They are very conscious of scheduling time frames for future work. With the two of us working together we are growing in our relationship and beautifying homes in the downtown Durham, NC area.

We hired Cadence Construction for a total kitchen remodel. They provided excellent service from start to finish, taking us from project planning all the way through to completion. Todd is very personable, highly organized and extremely detail oriented. He was always reachable and very responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. His subcontractors were all very pleasant and everyone worked to minimize disruption to our household. Our experience with Cadence Construction was excellent in all regards, and as evidence thereof, we are now planning to embark on a bigger remodeling project with them in the next several months.

Todd and his team did a full renovation and expansion for our home, and it was fantastic. They were great to work with all of the way through the project, and it looked even better than we'd hoped. Todd at Cadence Construction was great to work with. He uses only the best subcontractors, the quality is great, and the finish is perfect in every detail. We have an historic house (1940), and that is his expertise. Working with a designer (fouroverone.com) that he has collaborated with for many years, the end result was a beautiful modern kitchen, screened porch, deck and laundry room whose look and feel seamlessly blends with the original. Todd's overall and change estimate were always fair and on target. I would recommend Cadence Construction for any residential renovation, especially for historic homes.

I would highly recommend Cadence Construction. They have done two major projects for us--building a sun room and redoing the back of our house including windows/siding/back of the garage. Both projects turned out beautifully. Todd has great design sense, is detailed-oriented, thorough and spent a great deal of time getting our input and understanding our needs. His crew does excellent work and great clean-up. Cadence construction's costs were excellent for the quality of the work. Overall we have been very happy with Cadence and anticipate using them for future projects and have recommended them to multiple friends..
