C&H Construction was formed in 2003 to build Homes on land that was Developed into building sites by its principals. It has since evolved into a Company that builds both Custom and Homes for sale. All our homes are built to and above all local Building Codes and of the Highest Building Quality. Harvey was extremely attentive to all my needs, The crews were excellent and the final result is exactly what I wanted. In the process I also gained a wonderful friendship. I was new to Blairsville and I needed a garage built and was not sure who to use. It was such a blessing to find Harvey Cohen with C and H Construction. He made the process so easy and he was there every step of the way. He answered my questions, listened to my preferences, worked with my budget, and he was patient with me through it all. Harvey and his crew really care about doing a great job and going above and beyond expectations. And Harvey treated me like family. I highly recommend Harvey and his crew for any construction job you need to have done, big or small. They are very fair and professional and most importantly, they will do what it takes to make sure the job is done right and that you are happy with the results.

To C&H construction, I would like to take some time to thank Harvey and his outstanding crew, when we first started looking for builders , we checked out quite a few,and although they gave us some great ideas, there was something missing, We came across Harvey and we are so glad we did, You see,we live in Florida and wanted be build a second home here in Georgia, After meeting with Harvey he reassured us that there would be no problem building for us we spent a lot of time on the phone, and every time we came to Georgia to view the progress we were amazed ,,,, His workers and subcontractors were great! C and H did a great job on my cabin addition. The biggest problem is trying to find someone that will be reliable and follow up. Harvey was always on top of every move and was easily accessible at any time. The quality of work was excellent and they would take care of anything I found it needed during construction. I was having problems with my bank and needed to get the work started quickly and Harvey went out if the way to make suture the work started ASAP but also completed all work expeditiously. I would recommend C and H construction for any addition if new larger construction of homes.

Many thanks to Harvey Cohen and his crew for the remodeling work performed when moving into my new home. Though my job was not that large, they treated the project like it was , giving me a clear estimate, performing the work contracted for (and a little extra ) and finishing a little earlier than estimated. Harvey made some suggestions that I had never considered that were definite improvements. I've done a number of remodel projects and one of the things I hate is the dust you get left with everywhere. The C&H crew put up plastic barriers to minimize that and before they left, everything was swept and vacuumed, left neat as a pin. They are now on my list as my go to home remodeling source!

C&H redid our roof after hail damage. Project was completed on time, on budget and the job was well done. Crew came in, completed the job and left with no trace of having been there: all trash was removed, old shingled were picked up. There was minimum impact and no work for me to do afterwards I would select Harvey and his crew for any other project I may have in the future.

Regardless of what your building project may be, I give Harvey Cohen the highest level of recommendation possible. When you are contracting with a builder, you need someone that is your advocate at all times and can be there for you negotiating on your behalf and having the attention to detail that is required to have a good result. Additionally, it is absolutely imperative that you have someone that will communicate with you constantly -- letting you know about every detail along the way. Harvey is not only a great builder, but a great communicator. I could not recommend anyone more.

I had a small cabin in Sautee which burned to the ground and after waiting for another builder for 6 months to do nothing I found Harvey Cohen's C+H Construction on Houzz early Christmas morning. I said a prayer and wrote to two builders and went back to sleep. At 9:28 am my phone rang and it was Harvey. I met with him and his right hand, Andy, and showed them a crazy design of half a house. I told them I didn't have enough to build a whole house! After I went to meet with the second builder. Harvey was 50 minutes from my cabin site. The other builder was 5 minutes. I chose Harvey for a long list of reasons. He had my bid within days. He always got back to me via phone or email. He gave me what I wanted and more. He knows his stuff. I was going to publish a book about how to build but it was to too short. Just one page: CALL HARVEY!

Harvey builds a beautiful house. He is easy to work with, moves quickly, and stays on budget. Best of all, he is totally flexible. You don't have to worry about only getting 3 colors of paint to choose from or 4 styles of granite. You can pick out whatever you want and he will have it installed.

Commented: What brand iand color s the prestained concrete fiber board?We used Nichiha siding in Cedar. This particular product is no longer available but we have been using primed product and developed a way to do the staining on site;
