Choosing Chapter team for my renovation project was probably my best decision. I have been communicating with Massimo from Chapter during my apartment search, he was always very patient with me even though we discussed maybe 5 different apartments. Eventually, I moved forward with a traditional co-op apartment in UES. Chapter managed the building approval for my renovation, it took 2 months, but they told me I should expect 1-3 months for approval. During that time I worked with their in house designer Monica which was wonderful!! The construction period took as expected 3 months and I am so happy with my final result. If anyone would tell me the renovation would go this smoothly I would purchase the apartment much earlier. I couldn't recommend enough Chapter and their amazing team, from the project manager all the way to the hard workers that showed up every day on time. Highly recommended!!

In the past I have not always had good luck with contractors because they either did not complete the work we agreed on or they were late. Eli was just the opposite: he was on top of every stage.
