CMS Construction did an excellent job on an interior remodel in which we turned a historic downtown storefront into an art gallery. The timing was challenging as our plans to begin the remodel began in early November, right before the holiday season and at a time when the construction industry was flooded with work. Chris was very up front about all of these challenges, but worked hard to accommodate us and ensure that quality was not sacrificed. We could not be happier about the experience we had working with CMS construction. Loved the efficiency, loved the communication, and we love our new gallery space! Thank you CMS Construction!

Chris and his team did an outstanding job on the remodel of our four bathrooms. Planning, communication and workmanship were all superlative. Chris is a consummate professional and has high standards for his employees. Our project also came in several thousand dollars under the estimated cost. We hired Chris to coordinate the remodel of our home, including installing approximately 2500 sq. ft of wood flooring, repainting the entire interior, replacing the kitchen backsplash, and a partial bathroom remodel. In addition to being quite affable, Chris was very professional. He clearly explained various aspects of the remodel and was knowledgeable in counseling on the pros and cons of choices with which we were struggling. We hired Chris to replace flooring and drywall after a major water leak. He replaced hardwood flooring and installed new ceramic tile flooring. Not only did Chris do a great job, he completed the work without delay. Chris helped us to find flooring products and made great suggestions for the project.
