Colours did a great job on our office renovation project. They were highly responsive and diligent, navigating through pandemic-related delays with professionalism and courtesy. We hired them for a small residential project as a result, and they delivered in a timely manner. We would definitely hire them again.

I have used Colours Construction for four major jobs over the last 15 years. They have constructed an outdoor deck, they have painted both the interior and exterior of my house, they have remodeled both my kitchen and two bathrooms and they have converted an empty bedroom into a utility room. Their work has always been top notch and I would not hesitate on calling on them for any future projects. Their work is very professional and their prices are good.

It is rare to find a contractor that is this efficient and on top of the project timeline and details. It made my life much easier. She and John did great work. Colours Construction just completed a full renovation of my house and I cannot give enough praise to John and Jenn for the outstanding job and quality of work their team did. The house looks beautiful! To put this in context, I live overseas and so communications while the work was ongoing was one of the biggest challenges, but both John and Jenn made a point to regularly communicate and to lay out the various options when issues arose. Being overseas, “trust” was also a big concern and I can say that Colours Construction was fully transparent in outlining the costs of different pieces of work. When change orders were needed, the estimates provided were reasonable and within my expectations. And finally, when the building inspector came to inspect the house to issue the Occupancy Certificate, we passed with flying Colors! Excellent company, highly professional, great people. We've hired Colours a number of times over the last two years for a variety of projects. Remodeling a large master bathroom, fixing the house insulation, repairing damage done by a burst pipe, repairing various house exterior issues - always prompt, clean, reasonable, honest pricing. Colours will be the first place we will call with remodeling projects in the future.

We initially were going to only update the kitchen and replace all the windows in the house, but seeing their work decided to bite the bullet and renovate the entire house, which needed it. With each change order they have been fair and eager to work with us, even helped with some design decisions. Over all I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

John, Jenn and team were great. Our new back patio door installation involved removing existing door and window and rebuilding the interior and exterior wall to accommodate the larger sliding door. We also installed new stairs. The work was exceptional from start to finish. The construction team really paid attention to detail and also made sure the work was done really cleanly so that we could live in the space while it was being done. The project was done quickly and we were consulted along the way ensuring we were happy with the result. Looking forward to doing more projects with these guys!

We've worked with Colours on multiple projects over seven years. Colours has never failed to deliver! They have completely transformed our generic spec house into the home we've always dreamed about. The best part about working with John Claflin and his team is the constant interactive collaboration before and during the process.
