When I found Construction PL I couldn't hit the better jackpot! Not only Greg understood the needs of the project but also was provided us with his professional advice for items we just missed or offered better but more affordable solutions, he was also flexible with a slight change of scope of the renovation project due to unexpected pipe break in the roof. He and his team were and are professional, trustworthy and reliable. It is with pleasure that I share my experience with PL Construction. I will start at the beginning, almost twenty years ago in 1998, Gregory was referred to us by a friend, we had him do our floors (sand and stain) replace part of the floor that was damaged, some renovations including a bathroom and moving a wall. His craftsmanship was spot on as he payed attention to details. Fast forward to this year, we sold our home and the new homeowners had someone come to give an estimate on restraining the floors a different colour. Their contractor inquired as to why they wanted to redo the floor when it was in such perfect condition and asked when the last time we did it. He was quite surprised as to the age of Reno. My husband and I decided that we needed to find Gregory to take care of our new home, and so the search for his number began as we could not remember the name of his company, just his name. We found him and engaged him to take care of the new home. Phase 1..... Floors, (staining and repairing, replacing where necessary) ensuite bathroom (complete redo including enlarging shower size) doors, (moving and creating new double doors) Oggi and baseboards, etc... He certainly did not disappoint, twenty years later his craftsmanship is still A1 and his honesty, integrity and reliability still as it was twenty years ago. It is without hesitation that I can say when you hire PL you get great, honest and reliable work. We look forward to phase 2 with Gregory......Onto the kitchen. Thank you Gregory!!

I recently hired Gregory to replace a large section of 'squeaking' hardwood flooring in my condo unit located on an upper floor of a multi-floor building in downtown Montreal. His reliability, knowledge of flooring matters/issues, excellent workmanship and reasonable price was very much appreciated.
