Davidson Walker just completed a home renovation project on our house. 3 new bathrooms, new flooring throughout, new recessed ceiling lights, some structural work on both interior and exterior stairs etc. From the original consultation to the completion of the job, everything was done in a professional manner and I am very pleased. The trades they have are meticulous about the work they do and the job site was kept very clean and organized for the most part. I would use them again on any future project as well as refer to friends and family in a heartbeat. The reputation continues...!

We had davidsonwalker complete a renovation for us in 2005 that involved the upper level to our home and again in the fall of 2015 that involved the lower level to our home including the kitchen. Both renovations were substantial and involved structural changes, as internal and external load bearing walls were involved. The davidsonwalker staff and the various trades that were brought in were all highly professional, courteous and on time. The invoicing was detailed and included an itemized list of all expenses. The work was completed to a high level of quality, on time and on budget. The project management and communication was exceptional. I was extremely pleased with the renovation Davidson Walker did on my home. We expected the high standard of quality which was delivered but equally impressive was the way the individuals at the worksite conducted themselves. They were polite, courteous, honest and took pride in their work. The contractor made ample time to answer our many questions and alleviate the stresses associated with such a project. He even made suggestions which improved the function of the home. The renovation we were dreading turned out to be a pleasurable experience! As we enjoy the finished product, Davidson Walker stands by their work and returns in a timely manner to fix any problems arising of which there are few. We are currently using them again on a phase 2 outdoor project.

I have used Davidson Walker several times to do renovations to my home. Each and every time the work was done perfectly, on time and on budget.

We engaged Davidson Walker Construction (DWC) on three projects: 1, an architect designed home reno; 2, an architect designed condo reno; and 3, a restoration project following water damage. In each instance, DWC was very professional, communicated well, often offered useful suggestions that were very logical and cost effective. As I recall, deadlines were met and completed on budget. DWC also used a superb cabinet maker and their own finishing carpenter was a craftsman of the first order (Lucien)! We have every confidence in DWC and are pleased to recommend them most highly.
